低浓度煤层气液化自控难点分析

摘    要:低浓度煤层气易燃易爆,对其进行深冷液化处理时,需要采用十分可靠的控制方案。通过对低浓度煤层气脱水控制方案和脱酸工序再生塔温度控制方案进行分析,提出优化的SFC时序控制和串级PID调节的控制方式,以满足低浓度煤层气液化工艺对安全性的要求,并对其进行了详细描述。

Abstract:Low-concentration coal-bed methane is inflammable and explosive,a safe and reliable control method should be applied for its liquefaction.Based on the analysis of the dewatering control method of low-concentration coal-bed methane and the temperature control method of de-acid regeneration tower,the optimized SFC sequential control method and the cascade PID regulation control method were proposed and described in details so as to meet the safety requirements of the low-concentration coal-bed methane liquefaction.
