大佛寺煤矿瓦斯氧化工程应用安全措施

摘    要:为了在煤炭行业推广瓦斯氧化装置,保证氧化装置应用的安全性,根据目前煤矿井下通风要求和矿井主要通风机扩散塔结构形式,提出乏风输送时其输送管道与主要通风机扩散塔的接口方式和输送要求、抽排瓦斯输送及与乏风掺混技术,并提出外部条件缺失时的安全保护措施。通过大佛寺煤矿瓦斯氧化发电工程设计、建设和运行检验,证明氧化装置在煤矿应用是安全可靠的,不会对煤矿带来不安全因素。

Abstract:In order to apply the methane oxidation device in coal mines and ensure its safe application,this paper,on the basis of the present mine ventilation requirements and the structure of the mine main fan diffuser,put forward the connection mode of the ventilation air methane delivery pipe with the main fan diffuser and the requirements for ventilation air methane delivery,the drained methane delivery and mixing technology with ventilation air methane as well as the safety protection measures when the external conditions are out of work.The design,construction and operation inspection of ventilation air methane oxidation power-generation project of Dafosi Mine proved that this oxidation device can be safely applied in coal mines and can not bring any unsafe factors.
