煤矿不安全行为警示仿真系统开发与应用

摘    要:利用三维虚拟仿真技术实现煤矿不安全行为的警示,以新的技术手段和模式强化矿工的安全意识。分析了煤矿不安全行为辨识、评估的方法和流程,提出仿真系统的开发目标、三维场景框架和开发流程,设计了三维建模和仿真过程的技术方案。现场应用表明,煤矿不安全行为警示仿真系统作为一种新的安全警示教育手段,改变了传统的安全教育模式,强化了员工的安全意识,促进了煤矿的安全生产。

Abstract:The warning of unsafe behaviors in coal mines was by using three-dimensional virtual simulation technology and the miners' safety awareness were strengthened by using the new technical means and modes.In this paper,the identification,assessment method and process for unsafe behaviors present in coal mines were analyzed,the development objective,the three-dimensional scene framework and development process of the simulation system were proposed,and the technical solution for the three-dimensional modeling and simulation process was designed.The field application showed that the mine unsafe behavior warning simulation system,as a new safety warning education means,changed the traditional safety education mode,strengthened the employees' safety awareness and promoted the safe production of coal mines.
