低透气性煤层瓦斯综合治理技术实践

摘    要:为了解决工作面采掘期间瓦斯突出危险性和瓦斯超限问题,对杜儿坪煤矿62510综采工作面的瓦斯地质赋存情况进行了分析,提出采用"掘进预抽+回采工作面预抽+高低位倾向顶板裂隙钻孔抽采+联络巷密闭埋管采空区抽采"的瓦斯综合治理技术,使回采过程中工作面的瓦斯体积分数稳定在0.15%~0.30%,同时工作面单台抽采泵站瓦斯抽采混合量为15.95 m3/min,抽采率为67.24%。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of the gas outburst hazard and disallowed gas concentration in working face during mining,analysis was carried out the occurrence condition of gas geology in 62510 fully mechanized mining face in Duerping Coal Mine,and a comprehensive gas control technology of "pre-drainage in heading face + pre-drainage in working face + drainage by high and low level boreholes along roof fissures + gob drainage by the buried pipe in crossheading" was proposed,which made the gas volume fraction in working face stabilize in the range of 0.15% to 0.3%,the gas drainage volume of a single gas-suction pump in the working face up to 15.95 m3/min and gas extraction rate up to 67.24%.
