厦门某中学风貌建筑群修缮加固探究

本文介绍了厦门某中学校园内风貌建筑群修缮加固的设计方法及施工工艺要求,对现在保存下来的稀少风貌建筑进行修缮加固的探究,对风貌建筑作到了修旧如旧、安全实用、改变结构传力体系加固,采用板墙加固砌体墙体、用混凝土结构替代原有木结构屋架,石楼梯的加固方法。通过工程实例采用了行之有效的方法,供同类工程加固设计参考。

In this paper, it gives introduction to the design method and construction technological requirements of reinforcement and repair of style buildings in certain middle school campus of Xiamen, and explores the reinforcement and repair of rare style buildings currently preserved. It emlduets sueh reinforcement methods as restoring the old as the safety and practical methods, and changing the system of strnetural force transmission. In addition, it applies plaster walls to reinforce the masonry walls, concrete structure to replace original wood roof truss and stone stairs. Through engineering project cases, it adopts feasible and effective methods and provides references for the reinforcement design of projects with the same type.
