摘    要:分析了电站锅炉喷水减温器喷水管孔裂纹的超声检测方法,通过综合运用超声爬波与超声相控阵检测,能提高裂纹的检出率及定量精度,为缺陷监督运行或处理提供依据。

Abstract:The ultrasonic detection method for the crack of water-jet nozzle of boiler desuperheater was analysed. By both adopting the detecting methods of ultrasonic creeping and phased array, the detecting rate and measurement accuracy can be increased, which provides basis for defects supervision and defects treatment.
