摘    要:为了真正培训出能打仗、打胜仗的士官人才队伍,针对汽车维修专业预选士官特点,提出了摸清人员情况、开展强化教育训练、突出教学中心地位、院校部队家庭三位一体共育的培训管理模式。该模式从实际出发,强化管理,严格要求,提高了预选士官培训质量,为其他专业预选士官培训和管理提供了借鉴。

Abstract:For training really sergeant skilled team who are able to fight and win, this article presents a training management mode including sizing up the personnel condition, promoting the intensive education training, highlighting the central position of teaching and common cultivating by academy, unit and family (integration of three). This proposed mode grounds the reality, strengthen the management, being strict with sergeants and improve the training quality of pre-selected sergeants, thus offering a reference for the training and management of pre-selected sergeants in other specialties.
