| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员分布在高校的各个院系直接参与学生的日常管理工作,主要任务是做好学生的思想政治工作,现在所处的是一个开放、竞争、信息化的时代,人们的思维空前活跃.青年大学生作为站在时代的风潮浪尖的弄潮儿,他们的思想很活跃,但也不很成熟.文章联系辅导员工作实践,试就高校辅导员工作谈谈一些看法和体会.

| Abstract: | College counselors scatter in each department in a college and directly involve in the students' daily management work.Their main job is to do the ideological and political work.We are in a open,competitive and informational time and people have unprecedented active mind.The young college students are always in the forefront of the times and their thoughts are very active but also not mature.With the counselors' working practice,the author tries to discuss his own views and experiences. |
