| 摘 要： | "双师型"教师队伍的实质就是"双师素质"教师与兼职教师队伍,示范性高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设,也就是"双师素质"教师与兼职教师队伍建设,其可持续发展必须坚持以人为本原则、可持续原则、服务社会原则,要通过思想观念建设--对策措施建设--实践反馈的不断优化循环的路径与对策建设.

| Abstract: | The essence of ＂double-qualified＂ teaching staff is ＂double-qualified＂ teachers and part-time teachers and the construction of ＂double-qualified＂ teaching staff in demonstrated higher vocational colleges is the construction of the ＂double-qualified＂ teachers and part-time teachers.Its sustainable development must adhere to the people-oriented principle,sustainable principle and service society principle.The construction should be a continuously optimized and periodic path： ideology construction—countermeasures construction—practice feedback. |
