| 摘 要： | 百姓住房安置是地震灾后重建的首要问题,在大规模的、快速的住房重建过程中,非政府投资类住宅的原地重建涉及的内容最为繁杂,该类项目的规划管理面临着巨大的挑战。结合重建过程中的工作实践,介绍了都江堰灾后非政府投资类住房的原地重建的规划管理,并从原地重建、社区引导下的公众参与、城市建筑风貌保护与规划控制三个方面,对其中的一些经验进行了梳理和总结。
