摘    要:职业能力培养是实践教学的主要任务之.文章结合笔者多年来从事"呼叫中心管理实务"课程实践教学,探讨"呼叫中心管理实务"实践教学中通过课程设计贯穿职业能力培养的理念,创建学生职业能力培养的途径,对改进"呼叫中心管理实务"课程实践教学、提高学生的创新能力提出了新的思路.

Abstract:Professional abilities training is one of the main tasks in practical teaching.Combined with the practical teaching of the course Call Center Management Practices,this paper expounds the idea of fostering students' professional abilities during the curriculum design when teaching Call Center Management Practices.It discusses the ways to fostering students' professional abilities and the new thinking on improving the practical teaching of the course to raise students' innovation abilities.
