浮环轴承润滑过程的二维数值分析

摘    要:以流体滑动轴承的润滑理论为基础,分析研究浮环轴承的工作机理和结构参数与性能的关系。对浮环轴承建立力平衡、力矩及摩擦功率损失的方程式,得出轴承内外膜承载能力与相应转速比、间隙比、偏心率等参数之间的关系。绘制出浮环轴承压力、转速比随间隙比等参数变化的曲线图,为浮环轴承的设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the lubrication theory of fluid plain bearings, the relationship between working mechanism, structural parameters and performance of float ring bearing is investigated. The equations are established for the force balance, moment and friction power. The effects of the corresponding speed ratio, clearance ratio and eccentricity on the load capacity of beth inner and outer film are obtained. The pressure and speed ratio varying with the parameters, such as clearance ratio, is plotted, providing theoretical foundation for the design of float ring bearings.
