摘    要:为了优化相电流波形,减少转矩脉动,改善系统的静、动态特性,提出了开关磁组电机(SRM)系统软、硬件综合优化策略.根据SRM的转矩相电流和转子位置角的非线性关系,将系统的运行状态划分为8种不同的工作状态.针对不同运行状态的特征,采用了电压斩波控制(CVC)、电流斩波控制(CCC)、角度位置控制(APC)以及换相逻辑控制策略.使用数字信号处理器(DSP)为控制器,智能功率模块(IPM)为功率变换器,完成了带有能耗制动环节和能在四个象限运行的可逆传动系统的设计,以及软、硬件的研制,并建立了实验系统.试验结果表明,采用软、硬件综合优化策略的系统有优良的静、动态特性.

Abstract:To obtain the optimal current profile,reduce the torque ripple and improve the dynamic and static performance,the optimal hardware and software strategies for switched reluctance motor(SRM) were proposed.According to nonlinear function relation between torque phase current and rotation angle position of SRM,the operation status was divided into eight different sections.Considering the features of different running status,different control strategies including chopped voltage control(CVC),chopped current control(CCC),angle position control(APC) and commutation logic control were adopted.Taking digital signal processor(DSP) as a controller,intelligent power module(IPM) as a power converter,the reversible drive system with an energy consuming braking module and four-quadrant running was designed.The hardware and software structures were manufactured,and the experiment system was established.The experiment results demonstrate that the system of the optimal control strategies in both hardware and software has excellent dynamic and static performance.
