轴对称模锻件变形规律的实验分析与研究

摘    要:本文介绍采用半剖圆柱铅试样在表面镶有玻璃的半剖锻模中压制成形的实验方法,对轴对称件模锻过程中金属的变形规律进行了分析研究。通过实验,直观地看到了轴对称件在模锻过程中各个变形阶段的金属流动规律以及塑性变形区的分布范围。并把半剖试样与整体试样在整个压制过程中的变形力进行了分析比较,获得了变形力理论计算验证与实验相一致的结果,论证了用半剖试样代替整体试样及双半剖组合试样进行试验的可行性。

Abstract:The die forging deformation rule of axisymmetry metal piece was analysed and studied by a experimetal method and a half-sectioned cylinder lead specimen was shaped by pressing in a glass-inlaid half-sectioned die, in this paper. The metal flowing rule of various deformation stages and plastic deformation distribution , during die forging of axisymmetry piece , were directly viewed through experiment, it was achieved that the theoretically computed deformation force is consistent with the experimental results, by analysing and comparing the deformation forces of one-piece specimen and half-sectioned specimen during pressing. The possibility of using half-sectioned specimen to replace one-piece and double half-sectionhed specimen was proved.
