| 摘 要： | 根据工作流管理系统参考模型的规范和武警机关办公实际,提出基于工作流管理系统规范的武警工作流协同模型的思想,并将其应用到网上公文审批的过程,实现了网上公文审批流程的自动化执行,提高公文审批效率,解决了网上审批中无法进行业务流程之间的有效协同问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the norms of the workflow reference model and the office practice of the CAPF,the paper put for- ward the idea of worklow technology collaborrative model,and put the idea into use of the document approval on net- works.It implements automation of approval flow,raises the efficiency in government approval,and solves the collabo- rative problem in approval on networks. |
