聚丙烯非织造布亲水改性的研究

摘    要:采用共辐照工艺,使丙烯酸与聚丙烯非织造布发生接枝共聚反应,研究了单体浓度、辐照剂量、阻聚剂用量等因素对接枝率的影响,测试了接枝前后试样的抗张强度。实验结果表明,加入适量的阻聚剂可抑止单体均聚反应的速度,提高试样的接枝率,防止反应体系出现凝胶化;单体浓度、辐照剂量对接枝率有明显的影响;接枝改性试样的亲水性明显改善,且抗张强度有所提高。

Abstract:The graft copolymerizing reaction between acrylic acid(AA) and polypropylene nonwovens was tested by using co-radiation technique.The effect of AA concentration,radiation dose and polymerization retarder concentration on the degree of grafting were researched,the tensile strength of sample before and after grafting were measured.The results showed that the reaction speed of monomer polymerizing was reduced,the degree of grafting of sample was increased and gelatination of reactive material was prevented by adding amount of polymerization retarder.The monomer concentration and radiation dose had obviously influence on the degree of grafting.The products obtained from this experiment showed that hydrophilicity was improved,and tensile strength of sample after grafting increased compared with(original) sample.
