EMS型磁悬浮列车瞬态电磁场有限元分析及其悬浮力和牵引力特性研究

摘    要:利用Ansys单元生死技术和磁接触单元,提出了EMS型磁悬浮列车直线同步电机时变电磁场瞬态分析的计算模型。以TR08磁浮列车直线电机为研究对象,分析了车速430 km/h,转子移动半个周期,一个定子极距工况下,气隙磁场的瞬态变化和牵引力、悬浮力的波动情况。得出在半个周期内,悬浮力和牵引力均存在3倍频波动,但牵引力波动相对幅度较大;电枢电流的相位角对悬浮力和牵引力存在明显影响;功角90°时的气隙合成磁场中,转子直流励磁磁场占有绝对优势等结论。

Abstract:By means of element birth and death feature and magnetic contact pairs of Ansys,a model was designed which be used in calculating transient electromagnetic field of linear synchronous motor of EMS(electric-magnetic suspension) maglev vehicle.Air gap transient magnetic field of linear synchronous motor of TR08 maglev in Shanghai was analyzed at the condition of 430km/h,half circle of rotor movement(0.00216 seconds,the movement distance of rotor is one polar distance of stator).Some results just like below ar...
