摘    要:针对太钢硅钢厂轧机油雾加热控制系统存在的问题,采用PID控制方法进行了优化改进。改进后的油雾加热系统控温精度提高,同时满足了机械设备润滑的安全要求、减少了设备的故障率。

Abstract:To solve the problem about TISCO Si Steel Products mill oil mist heater control system,we adopt PID control method to optimize and improve the control system and the method is also satisfied installing demand of mechanical equipment lubrication.After we adopt the method,the temperature accuracy of mill oil mist heater control system is improved,and the failure rate of equipment is reduced.
