摘    要:论述了心理健康教育走进“两课”课堂的必要性和实施办法,旨在通过“两课”课堂教学的渠道进一步重视心理健康教育,提高大学生的心理素质,培养大学生健全的人格,进一步加强和改进大学生的思想政治教育。

Abstract:This paper expatiates on the necessity and implementing methods of introducing healthy psycho-education into the "two courses" classroom,aimed at improving the psychological quality of college students,cultivating their wholesome personality by means of further stressing the importance of healthy through the channel of "two courses" classroom teaching so as to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education for college students.
