汽轮机性能试验不确定度分析方法的探讨

摘    要:通过对汽轮机性能试验不确定度的分析研究,认识影响不确定度的因素、表现形式及性质.阐明了汽轮机热力性能试验的不确定度主要由试验方法的不确定度和测量不确定度组成,应根据试验目的选择合适的试验标准,试验标准规定的试验方法所具有的不确定度即为本次试验的基本不确定度的观点.针对实施中对于试验标准要求的各种偏差产生的不确定度影响进行分析计算,用方根和的方法将所有的不确定度影响进行合成,求出试验的总不确定度.不确定度分析计算的主要工作集中在测量不确定度方面.

Abstract:Through the analysis of the uncertainty in performance test of steam turbines,the influence factor,representation and character of such uncertainty are identified.The paper presents the following point of view:the uncertainty in performance test of steam turbines mainly comes from the uncertainty of test methods and the uncertainty of measurement.The appropriate test code should be selected based on the test purposes and the uncertainty owned by the selected test code is the basic uncertainty of the test.For the deviations from selected test code,the influence on the uncertainty of test results should be evaluated and calculated,combining all the influence uncertainty by use of the sum of the square roots to obtain the overall uncertainty of the test.The main works of uncertainty analysis and calculation are concentrated on the measurement of uncertainty.
