短切碳纤维对玻璃陶瓷力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了短切碳纤维的长度,取向、体积分数对LiO2-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃陶瓷力学性能的影响,结果表明,当纤维体积分数约32%时,玻璃陶瓷基复合材料的力学性能最佳,复合材料中纤维长度增加,其抗弯强度和断裂性均增加;随纤维取向角度的增大,玻璃陶瓷基复合材料的抗弯强度和韧性均减小。

Abstract:The effects of chopped carbon fiber length, orientation and fiber content on the mechanical properties of Li\-2O\|Al\-2O\-3\|SiO\-2 glass ceramics has been studied. The results show that, when the fiber content is 32% (volume percentage), the glass ceramic matrix compo\| site enjoys the optimal mechanical properties; the composite's bending strength and fracture toughness increase with the increase of the fiber length in the composite and decrease with the increase of the fiber's orientational angle.
