超细Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的微波烧结工艺研究

摘    要:采用微波烧结技术制备了超细Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷材料, 考察了烧结温度和保温时间对超细Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷材料力学性能的影响, 并利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了断口形貌和显微组织。结果表明: 金属陶瓷组织存在黑芯-灰壳和白芯-灰壳两种结构, 烧结温度过高, 保温时间过长, 晶粒均明显长大, 导致材料力学性能下降。1 500 ℃下保温30 min, 可获得晶粒细小、组织均匀、性能优异的超细Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷。

Abstract:Ultra-fine Ti(C,N) matrix cermets were prepared by a microwave sintering technology.The effects of sintering temperature and holding time on the mechanical properties of the ultra-fine Ti(C,N) matrix cermets were studied.The fracture morphology and microstructure were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that this cermet exhibits two kinds of microstructures of black core-grey rim and white core-grey rim.When the sintering temperature was too high or the holding time was too lo...
