大板径喷丝板自动检测方法的研究

摘    要:针对大板径喷丝板在反复使用后,易产生弯曲变形,引起板面的不平整,造成CCD采集到的微孔图像不清晰而引起误检的情况,提出了两种减少自动对焦操作次数的改进检测措施,解决了目前大板径喷丝板因板面不平整而存在误检和"逐孔"对焦检测效率低下的问题,提高了该系列喷丝板自动检测仪的检测精度和效率。

Abstract:Because of bending deformation after repeatedly using,the board of large spinneret is often unsmooth.CCD can't acquaire the clear image of the micro porous and causes the error detection.We put forward two improving measures to decrease the number of auto-focusing to solve the problems that error detecting is caused by the unsmooth surface and auto-focusing efficiency is low during auto-detecting the large spinneret,and also enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the instrument in auto-detecting large spinneret.
