| 摘 要： | 基于Sun工作站SPARC station20的UGⅡ软件进行柴油机气缸体实型铸造模样具的计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助加工制造，借助CAD三维实体复合建模技术的可视性、可装配性和可检测性，解决了模具设计过程中的疑难问题，如静模样、动模样型腔与抽芯模块的优化分配问题，模具型腔与抽芯机构各处的配合尺寸检测问题等。

| Abstract: | The UGII Software which is based on the SPARC Station 20 of Sun was applied to design and manufacture the toolings for a diesel engine block.By the help of the visual possibility,assembling possibility and measuring possibility of the CAD 3D modeling technique,some difficult problems such as the optimum partition of static mould cavity,movable mould cavity and loose pieces-drawers,the measurement of the matching dimensions of mould cavity and loose piece drawing mechanism and so on,was solved. |
