摘    要:在系统地分析国内现行旧抽油杆各种修复工艺的基础上,试验研究了一种旧抽油杆表面复合强化修复新工艺。这种新工艺流程为:选杆中频感应加热除油清洗修螺纹调质热处理(中频淬火+高温回火)矫直探伤高频淬火+低温回火喷丸形变强化涂漆、包装。经表面复合强化处理后,旧D级杆的抗拉强度和疲劳强度等性能指标达到工艺型超高强度杆水平。修复的抽油杆现场使用表明,已有两口井的抽油杆运行超过了38×106次,收到良好效果。

Abstract:Based on a systematic analysis of the existing technologies for reconditioning used sucker rods, a new surface complex strengthening technology is investigated by test. The process of the new technology is: rod selection → oil removal by medium frequency induction heating → water cleaning → thread repair → hardening and tempering(medium frequency hardening + elevated temperature tempering) → straightening → nondestructive testing → high frequency quenching and low temperature tempering → shot peening → painting and packing. After surface complex strengthening treatment, the tensile strength and fatigue strength of used grade D rods reach the level of the super high strength rods. Use of reconditioned rods shows that good effect has been achieved.
