| 摘 要： | 利用Ｇｌｅｅｂｌｅ－１５００试验机对鞍钢生产的Ｕ７１Ｍｎ重轨钢进行接触闪光焊的模拟试验。研究了焊接热影响区（ＨＡＺ）的显微组织与力学性能，分析Ｕ７１Ｍｎ重轨钢的冷却转变行为，焊后冷却速度，化学成分等对焊接性能的影响。

| Abstract: | A resitance weiding-flash weiding analag test of U_(71)Mn heavy rail steel made by AISC has been carried out in tester Gleebe-1500. Microstructures and mechanicar properties of HAZ are studied and influence of cooling transforma-tion behavior,cooling speed after welding and chemical compositions of U_(71) Mn heavy rail steel on weldability are analyzed. |
