斜井有杆泵举升工艺研究

摘    要:斜直井、定向井、水平井统称为斜井,随着石油工业的发展,斜井在油田开发中的作用越来越重要,目前辽河油田仅水平井就以每年近200口的速度增长,采油实践表明有杆泵采油仍然是斜井最主要、最经济的采油方式之一,如何合理的确定斜井下泵深度以及有效的解决斜井偏磨问题是决定有杆抽油效率的关键因素,本文通过对斜井有杆泵举升深度影响因素及杆柱偏磨防治分析,提出确定斜井有杆泵举升深度及防治杆柱偏磨的合理方法,为斜井有杆泵举升设计提供参考依据。

Abstract:Inclined wells,which include slant wells,deflected wells and horizontal wells,play an important role in oilfield development.At present,the number of the horizontal wells in Liaohe oilfield grows with a rate of nearly two hundred each year.It is testified that beam pump production is still one of the most important and economical way to produce oil.The reasonable depth of beam pump and the eccentric wear treatment are the key factors which influence sucker rod pumping efficiency.After analyzing the factors of beam pump life and eccentric wear,some reasonable methods have been proposed in this paper to determine the depth of beam pump and solve eccentric wear problem for inclined well lifting design.
