| 摘 要： | 本文在分析压电换能器的阻抗特性和工作点的基础上，讲述了超声波清洗机的阻抗匹配原理，并分别介绍了他激式和自激式发生器具体的匹配方法。这些对于超声波清洗机匹配电路的设计和调节都具有参考价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis on the impedance characteristics and the working point of the piezoelectrictransducer, this paper introduced the matching principles for the ultrasonic cleaner. Detailed illustration wasgiven for both the self-excited and separate-excited ultrasonic generator. The method describedhere may behelpful for the ultrasonic device's designing and adjusting. |
