| 摘 要： | 采用粒子群优化算法对径向基函数神经网络进行了改进,形成了新的IRBF耦合算法,建立了工程项目的技术经济参数与投资之间的非线性隐式方程,构建了集动态识别与预测为一体的智能预测系统,工程实例分析表明,lRBF智能预测系统具有良好的预测精度.

| Abstract: | It uses the particle swarm optimizing algorithm improve the Radial Basis Function NN,forms the new IRBF coupled algorithm,builds the non-linear implicit equation between the technical economical parameter of project program and investment and the intelligent predictive system that combined dynamic identification and prediction.The project example analysis illustrates that the IRBF intelligent predictive system has good predicting accuracy. |
