白果壳水不溶性膳食纤维的制备及吸附胆酸钠的研究

摘    要:采用化学法制备了白果壳水不溶性膳食纤维,产率为80.11%,其持水力和溶胀力分别为4.14 g/g和1.78 mL/g.测定了白果壳水不溶性膳食纤维对胆酸钠的吸附作用.白果壳水不溶性膳食纤维在pH6.0条件下对胆酸钠具有明显的吸附作用,其吸附能力随其用量的增大而增强,但到达吸附平衡的时间也相应增加.膳食纤维用量分别为1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0 g时,其最终吸附率分别为11.75%、29.3%、64.8%和76.0%,到达吸附平衡的时间分别为1.8、2.7、3.8、4.1 h.

Abstract:The water-insoluble dietary fiber was extracted from gingkgo shell by chemical method. The extrac-tion rate was 80.11%. Its water holding capacity and expansion capacity were 4.14 g/g, 1.78 mL/g, respec-tively. The adsorptive ability of the water-insoluble dietary fibre for bile sodium was studied too. Under the condition of pH6.0, the water-insoluble dietary fibre had high adsorptive ability for bile sodium, its adsorptive ability and the time of adsorptive equilibrium increased sharply as the mass increased. When the mass of the water-insoluble dietary fiber was 1.0,2.0,3.0,4.0g , its final adsorptive rate was 11.75% ,29.3% ,64.8% 76.0% , and the time of adsorptive equilibrium was 1.8,2.7,3.8,4.lh, respectively.
