| 摘 要： | 研究了Sn、Sb、Bi、P、CA五种合金元素对Pb-Sn-Sb-Bi-P-CA系软钎料的熔化温度、润湿性能、抗剪强度等性能的影响．结果表明，加入适量的Sn、Bi、Sb、Cd可以降低液相线温度；加入适量的Sn、Cd可改善润湿性能；加入适量的Sb、Sn、P可提高抗剪强度．

| Abstract: | The effect of Sn,Sb, P, Bi and Cd on the properties of Pb-Sn-Sb-Bi-P-Cd solders is studied. The results of the experiment show that the melting temperature will be improved better when the proper Sn, Bi, Sb, Cd was added to the solders; the wettability will be improved better when the proper Sn, Cd was added to the solders, and the shear strength will be improved better when the proper Sb, Sn, P was added to the solders. |
