摘    要:采用生物复合酶制剂Scolase 100T对涤棉织物进行煮练、漂白、增白一浴法前处理,就Scolase 100T、双氧水、增白剂VBL用量对织物白度、强力和毛效的影响进行试验。结果表明,当Scolase 100T8g/L、双氧水6g/L和增白剂VBL3g/L时,效果比较理想。新工艺与传统煮练、漂白两步法工艺相比,毛效、白度有所提高,成本降低20%,且对环境友好。

Abstract:In this paper, the biological compound enzym e is used in one bath pretreatment and whitening process of polyester/cotton fabri c. The influence of the dosage of Scolase 100T, hydrogen peroxide and whitening agent to the whiteness, strength and capillary effect is tested. As a result, th e ideal recipe is Scolase 100T 8 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 6 g/L, and whitening age nt VBL 3 g/L. Compared with traditional two bath process, the new process featur es capillary effect and whiteness improvement, 20% cost reduction and environmen t-friendly.
