在线机械定尺飞锯可行性探讨

摘    要:针对一些中小焊管企业技术和资金方面相对薄弱的状况,提出了在焊管冷弯型钢连续生产线上采用机械式定尺飞锯的切断方法。从理论上分析探讨了机械定尺方法的可行性,可为普通机械定尺飞锯的改造提供理论依据。

Abstract:It is put forward to adopt the cut-off method by mechanically fixed length on the continuance production of welded pipe cold bend shaped steel faced the relatively weakness of technology and fund of some middle and small enterprise.It is analyzed and probed the feasibility of mechanically fixed length method by theory and give theoretic gist to the change of common mechanically fixed length flying saw.
