摘 要: | 分析了大型泥水盾构开挖面平衡系统的内部控制机理,研究了其开挖面平衡的控制方式,为其设计了相应的控制器,并结合泥水盾构的开挖面平衡控制系统的数学模型就所设计的模糊自适应PID控制器和数字增量式PID控制器进行了计算机仿真对比,得出模糊自适应PID控制器更能适应大型泥水盾构开挖面的平衡控制的结论。

Research on Balance Control for Excavating Face of Large Slurry Shield |

Abstract: | This paper analyzed the principle in the balance system of the excavating face of the large slurry shield and the control pattern of it. The computer simulation based on two designed controllers, numerical increment PID controller and fuzzy-self-adaptable-PID controller, is done in the paper. The conclusion of the simulation is that the fuzzy-self-adaptable-PID controller is more adaptable to the balance control for excavating face of the large slurry shield. |
