车轮踏面擦伤检测

摘    要:提出了一种自动化程度高,操作简单且能够实现在线测量的车轮踏面擦伤检测方法,通过振动加速度传感器将加速度转化为电荷量,再由电荷放大器将其转化为电压量传递给计算机进行处理,采用小波变换的方法对信号进行去噪,将消噪后的信号分解到不同的频段,分析不同频段的能量,得到擦伤信号的准确定位,结果可靠,输出直观,较高精度地给出擦伤情况。

Abstract:A detection method of scratches on the wheel treads which features higher automation,easy operation and can realize on-line measurement is provided.By acceleration sensors,the acceleration coverts to electric charge value,then the electric charge amplifier transfers it to voltage to computer.By using wavelet transform,the signal noise can be eliminated,and then be analyzed to different frequencies.By analyzing the energy of different frequencies,the signal of scratches can be positioned,the result is credible,the output is intuitionist,and the condition of scratches of higher precision can be gained.
