摘    要:针对丁腈橡胶金属密封板存在泡孔不均匀、橡胶与基体黏附力小、密封性能差等问题,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(KH-602)为原料改性膨润土.FT-IR和XRD结果表明,膨润土改性最佳条件为CTAB用量20%、温度70℃、KH-602用量0.20 g.在此条件下,红外吸收峰可由1440 cm-1处移至1476 cm-1处,层间距由12.81×10-10m增至18.07×10-10m.划痕实验、扫描电镜和电化学测试结果表明,当发泡剂4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)的用量为7.5%时,改性膨润土作为添加剂用量为7%时可使丁腈橡胶金属密封板的密封性提高,附着性能最好,界面黏结程度最佳,耐腐蚀性提高.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems that the nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)metal sealing board has uneven bubble hole, the adhesion force between NBR and matrix is small and the sealing performance is poor, the bentonite was modified through taking both cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)and N-β-(aminoethyl)-γ-ammonia propyl methyl dimethoxy silane(KH-602)as the raw materials. The FT-IR and XRD analysis results show that the optimal modified condition for bentonite is that the dosage of CTAB is 20%, the temperature is 70 ℃, and the dosage of KH-602 is 0.20 g. Under the above-mentioned condition, the infrared absorption peak moves from 1 440 cm-1 to 1 476 cm-1, and the layer spacing increases from 12.81×10-10 m to 18.07×10-10 m. The results of scratch test, scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical test show that when the dosage of foaming agent 4,4-xybis sulfonyl hydrazide(OBSH)is 7.5% and the dosage of modified bentonite as additive agent is 7%, the sealing performance of NBR metal sealing plate can get enhanced, the best adhesion performance and interface bonding degree can be obtained, and the corrosion resistance gets improved.
