大体积高强混凝土施工过程中温度场分析

摘    要:针对高强混凝土中总胶凝材料用量较多导致水化热剧烈、从而产生裂缝的问题,对大体积高强混凝土施工过程中的温度场进行了分析.通过对模型结构进行温度监测来指导实际工程混凝土配合比设计,并对施工方案的合理性进行了研究,根据水化热试验确定大体积高强混凝土水化热的计算参数.运用有限元软件MIDAS/GEN及ABAQUS进行温度场分析,结果表明,大体积高强混凝土结构比普通大体积混凝土结构升温更快,峰值温度更高,应当加强养护;进行水化热计算时,水化热系数m及最终水化热Q0的常用值需针对大体积高强混凝土作适当调整.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems that the cracks will generate due to the intense hydration heat caused by the usage of more gelled materials in the high strength concrete, the temperature field for the high strength mass concrete in the construction process was nalyzed. Through monitoring the temperature of model structure, the design of concrete mix ratio in engineering practice was guided, and the rationality of construction scheme was researched. In addition, the calculation parameters for the hydration heat of high strength mass concrete were determined by the hydration heat tests. The temperature field was analyzed with the finite element softwares MIDAS/GEN and ABAQUS. The results show that compared with the ordinary mass concrete structures, the heating rate of high strength mass concrete structure is faster, and the peak temperature is higher. Therefore, the maintenance should be enhanced. In the calculation of hydration heat, the accepted values of both hydration heat coefficient m and final hydration heat Q value should be properly adjusted for high strength mass concrete.
