高压隔离开关电机操动机构控制系统

摘    要:为了实现高压隔离开关(DS)的智能化操作,需对其操作过程中开关触头速度进行有效控制.在高压断路器电机操动机构控制系统的基础上,提出并设计了高压隔离开关无刷直流电机机构调速控制系统.控制系统通过采用双闭环PID控制策略对电机的绕组电流和转速进行调节,进而控制机构运动过程,以实现开关触头能够在特定行程点达到特定的速度,满足DS分合闸速度要求.以550 kV DS无刷直流电机操动机构为控制对象,研制了以数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心的操作控制系统并进行了大量实验.实验结果表明,DS电机操作机构采用上述控制系统,能够实现高压隔离开关在操作过程中对速度的实时调节控制,且具有响应速度快、稳定性好以及实时性强等优点.

Abstract:In order to realize the intelligence operation of high voltage disconnecting switch (DS), it is necessary to effectively control the speed of switch contact in the process of its operation. Based on the motor operating mechanism control system of high voltage circuit breaker, a brushless direct current (DC) motor regulating mechanism control system of high voltage DS was proposed and designed. Through adopting the double closed loop PID control strategy, the winding current and rotating speed of motor were adjusted with the proposed control system, and then the mechanism motion operating process was controlled. Therefore, it is realized that the switch contacts can achieve a specific speed at specific travel point and meet the requirements of DS opening and closing speed. Through taking the 550kV DS brushless DC motor operating mechanism as the control object, the operation control system with digital signal processor (DSP) as the core was developed, and a large number of experiments were performed. The experimental results show that through adopting the above mentioned control system, the DS motor operating mechanism can realize the real time regulation of speed in the operating process of high voltage DS, and has such advantages as the fast response speed, good stability and strong real time performance.
