纳米银/偕胺肟纤维复合材料的制备及其光催化性能研究

摘    要:以偕胺肟纤维(AOCF)为基体,与Ag+通过配位一还原法制得纳米银/偕胺肟纤维(Ag/AOCF).对催化剂进行SEM表征.以太阳光下对二甲酚橙的催化降解,考察了制备、实验条件对催化剂的光催化性能的影响.实验结果表明,在硝酸银浓度为4.0×10-3mol/L、配位反应时间为40min、pH-6的制备条件下制备的催化剂对二甲酚橙的光催化降解效率最佳,当二甲酚橙溶液pH=7、太阳光光源、催化剂用量为1.6g/L时催化降解二甲酚橙,降解效率能达到99.7%,且催化剂在重复使用了8次后,其对二甲酚橙的光催化降解效率仍能保持在80%以上.

Abstract:The nano-silver on amidoxime fiber was successfully prepared by the Ag+ with amidoxime fiber through coordination-reduction method. It was characterized by SEM. The effect of preparation and experiment conditions on photocatalytic activity was evaluated by degradation of xylenol orange solution under the sun light. The experimental results indicate that the best preparation conditions are as follows: c= 4.0×10-3 mol/L, t = 40 min, pH = 6 ; and the best experiment conditions: pH=7, m = 1.6 g/L, sunlight. The degradation rate of xylenol orange can reach 99.7% under the sun light. And the degradation efficiency of the catalyst still remains higher than 80% after it was used for 8 times.
