摘    要:近年来,国内外乳品质量安全事件频发,乳品质量安全问题引起社会各界的高度关注。本文通过对乳品供应链中产、加、销各环节的研究,分析影响我国乳品质量安全的因素,并提出相应的对策建议,对提高乳品质量安全以及保证人们的身体健康和生命安全具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:In recent years,domestic and international dairy quality and safety incidents are frequent,and dairy quality and safety problems have caused great concern in the community.The dairy supply chain in respects of production,processing and marketing was studied,factors affecting the dairy quality and safety in China were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,which should have great significance to improve milk quality and safety and to ensure people’s health and life safety.
