| 摘 要： | 介绍了06Ni9钢的特性及其在生产初期存在的问题。分析了影响06Ni9板型的三个关键参数———淬火机水量比、辊缝、辊速,并提出了调整、优化这三个参数的有效措施,找到了有效控制06Ni9板型的冷却模型。

| Abstract: | In this article,the characteristic of 06Ni9,problems in the initial production were introduced. The water radio, roller gap and roller speed, these key parameters were analyzed. Effective methods used to adjust these parameters were put forward. Finally, hardening model was finded that it can effectively control the planeness of 06Ni9. |
