冷轧Q195窄带钢表面缺陷分析及对策

摘    要:为了找出冷轧Q195窄带钢表面产生起皮、麻点等缺陷的原因,采用SEM和EDS方法对某厂生产的Q195冷轧带钢表面缺陷试样进行了分析,同时对Q195热轧带钢进行对比分析。结果表明,Q195冷轧带钢出现缺陷是由于铸坯中含有较多的夹杂物以及加热、除磷等因素导致的。结合生产实际,从冶炼、加热、除磷等方面提出了防范措施,对现场生产具有很大的指导作用。

Abstract:In order to find the reason of Q195 cold-rolled strips surface defects, peeling and mottling,surface defect samples of Q195 cold strips were analyzed by instruments of SEM and EDS. A comparative analysis on Q195 hot-rolled strips had been carried on at the same time. The results showed that defects on the surface of Q195 Cold-rolled Strips were caused by too many inclusions contained casting blank,as well as inadequate heating and phosphorus removal were the main reasons for defects. Preventive measures based on practical production had been taken from the smelting, heating, phosphorus removal and other aspects ,which could have guidance to on-site produce.
