基于Moldflow动定模反装的天线罩模具设计及工艺分析

摘    要:分析了天线罩的结构特点,成型方案及注射成型条件,为保证零件外观质量,采用动定模反装结构保证成型要求。并运用Mlodflow Plastics Advisers软件对塑件的成型过程进行了分析,确定了模具的浇口位置、冷却系统、保压时间、充填时间。并分析出了塑件容易产生的缺陷,包括翘曲、变形、熔接痕、气穴。对模具的结构进行优化。

Abstract:This analyses the structure and characteristics of radome, and it' s molding scheme and conditions of injection molding. In order to ensure its qualified appearance, this paper chooses the interconversion installation of moving half and fixed half to ensure molding requirements. At the same time, by using Moldflow Plastics Advisers so.are, this essay analyzes the foxing process of plastic parts, so that the gate iocation, cooling system, pressure holding time, and the filling time could be confirmed, Last but least, this essay arrives at a conclusion about the of defects of this plastic parts,which mainly includes warpage, deformation, weld line, and cavitation, so that the radome' s structure could be optimized.
