| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the training modes and existing problems in the current cultiwltion for highskilled workers. Based on the position and performance of the PVTC, the author explains that the center serves as an excellent solution to high-skilled workers＇ training, and an assessment to evaluate workers. It is an innowltion to promote the management of high-skilled workers. |
