摘    要:对某航空发动机双速机匣固定螺桩的松动脱出进行了分析.结果表明,双速机匣固定螺桩松动脱出的主要原因是疲劳失效引起的,螺纹失效的直接影响因素有局部应力集中、微动磨损以及修理、装配工艺不完善等.在上述分析的基础上,结合实际经验,对工艺方法进行了适当的改进,改善了螺纹载荷分布,提高了螺纹的承载能力,有效地预防了双速机匣固定螺桩松动脱出故障.

Abstract:Falling out failure of some studs fixing double speed driving device in aero-engine was analyzed. The results show that the joint thread is fatigue failure. The local stress concentration, fretting wear, imperfect repair and assembling process lead to thread failure. On the base of analysis and practical experience, the load distribution and carrying capacity of the thread are improved to prevent the falling failure of the fixing stud.
