摘    要:根据工件的形状和精度要求,对拉深翻边成形件的结构及成形进行了工艺分析。介绍了拉深翻边成形工艺及模具设计、模具结构、工作过程和必要的计算等。模具设计上采用了许多新颖的结构,巧妙地解决了拉深翻边成形过程中的一些难题,提高了生产效率,保证了零件形状及精度要求。

Abstract:According to the shape and accuracy requirements of cooling fan with auxiliary converter,the structure and the technology for drawing and flanging formation is analyzed.In this article,the technological process for drawing and flanging formation,its die design,die structure and the necessary calculation is described.The die structure has a number of new features including a clever mechanism invented to solve some particular drawing problems.With these new structures,not only the production efficiency is improved,but also the shape and accuracy requirements are guaranteed.
