摘    要:选择性非催化反应SNCR脱流装置简单经济,操作方便,是一种经济实用的NOx还原技术。介绍了SNCR还原NOx的原理和系统结构。详细讨论了炉内温度、停留时间、还原剂种类等影响SNCR还原NOx化学反应效率的重要因素。为降低还原剂的泄漏,重点指出了几个需要重点考虑的工艺参数。

Abstract:SNCR is a simple, economically practical system for denitrogenation of power boilers. In this paper, we described the denitrogenation mechanisms and system of SNCR. Important factors, such as furnace temperature, residence time and types of reductants, were discussed in detail, which influence NOx reduction efficiency. Some important technical parameters should be considered in the design of the system in order to reduce the leakage of reductants.
