摘    要:针对GB 50341-2003和API 650-2009关于微内压储罐设计的规定,通过对相关的计算公式进行推导,包括满足强度要求最小抗压环面积计算;罐底不被提离最大内压计算;罐顶破坏压力计算,按弱顶结构设计时,对抗压环截面积限定值计算,说明了上述标准中微内压储罐的设计理论依据,分析了国内外标准中相关计算公式的差异及原因,提出了使用标准中公式进行设计时应注意的问题.

Abstract:Based on the specifications in GB 50341-2003 and API 650-2009 for the tanks subjected to minor internal pressure,the related formulas used in calculation were deducted,including that for calculations of minimum required area of compression ring,maximum allowable internal pressure of keeping the bottom of tank on ground and the roof rupture pressure.Through the calculation of the limit area of compression ring in accordance with the design method for frangible roof structure,the theoretical base in above mentioned standards for the tanks subjected to minor internal pressure was explained,and the differences of the related formulas in Chinese and abroad standards and the causes were analyzed.Additionally,the problems needed to be noted in using these formulas in design were presented.
