| 摘 要： | 针对耗能减震技术在上海某办公楼中的应用,对传统加固方法和耗能减震技术的优缺点进行了分析和比较,提出了耗能减震技术在加固改造工程中的设计方法和思路。通过对不同加固方法的对比分析,证明了采用耗能减震技术在结构加固改造中的优势。

| Abstract: | According to the application of energy dissipation device in an office building in Shanghai,comparison of traditional method and energy dissipation method was researched,and the design method and idea of energy dissipation method in reinformcement and reconstruction were put forward.Through comparative analysis of various methods,the advantages of energy dissipation method were proved. |
