汽轮发电机轴封油系统的改进和故障预防

摘    要:轴封油系统已成为氢冷发电机运行的薄弱环节。分析了轴封油系统存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。改进后新型压差阀采用波纹管式执行机构,可以维持油压恒等于氢压某一定值;新型平衡阀的活塞的结构和加工精度优于老式的,从而提高了新型平衡阀的灵敏度;扩大氢侧回油腔的容积改进了国产机回油不畅的问题。为防止密封瓦向机内漏油,预防故障的发生,改善汽轮发电机的运行和维护,还探讨了削弱油流受机内侧压力影响的措施及挡油结构的改进措施。

Abstract:The seal oil system has become weaker part for hydrogen cooled generator in running.The short of seal oil system was analyzed,and the relevant improvement measure was put forward.After improved,the new adjust valve for pressure difference adopts ripple tube as its performing organ,which can keep oil pressure equal to hydrogen pressure at a certain value.The new balance valve's precision is precede the old in framework and machining,so its sensitivity is higher.Expanding circulating oil cavity on hydrogen side can make circulation free.To avert leak,prevent faults and improve generator's running and maintenance for the seal oil system,the improvement to weaken the influence of pressure on a side on oil flows and the improvement of block oil frame were discussed.
